Nashir plans and their limits

Nashir has two plans, Starter and Pro. There is no free plan. Every new account starts with a free trial of up to 14 days of the plan it picks, and when the trial ends without a subscription, the account is frozen. See: Trial and plans.

Nashir Starter (ستارتر) — 12,000 IQD/month (about $9; 120,000 IQD/year — save 2 months):

  • 1 WhatsApp number
  • Built-in AI chatbot — 1,000 replies per month
  • 3 businesses
  • 10 social accounts
  • 150 scheduled posts per month
  • WhatsApp broadcasts (templates)
  • WhatsApp contacts — up to 5,000
  • AI product catalog (visual search) — 300 products
  • Inbound voice calls 2,000 min/month and outbound 500 min/month (beta)
  • Advanced analytics
  • 5 team members
  • Knowledge base up to 10 MB

Nashir Pro (برو) — 17,000 IQD/month (about $13; 170,000 IQD/year — save 2 months). Pro ladder: Pro+1 25,000 / Pro+2 33,000 / Pro+3 41,000 IQD — each step adds 1 WhatsApp number and 1,000 AI replies:

  • 2 WhatsApp numbers (+1 per Pro step)
  • Built-in AI chatbot — 4,000 replies per month (+1,000 per step)
  • 10 businesses, 30 social accounts, 1,000 posts per month, 15 team members
  • WhatsApp broadcasts (templates)
  • WhatsApp contacts — up to 50,000
  • AI product catalog (visual search) — 1,000 products
  • Inbound voice calls 5,000 min/month and outbound 2,000 min/month (beta)

Notes:

  • The AI-response quota applies to the built-in chatbot hosted by Nashir and resets monthly. Marketplace templates that you run on your own automation tool are free and do not count toward the quota.
  • The maximum size of a single knowledge-base file upload is 5 MB on all plans.
  • The WhatsApp contacts limit is the size of your WhatsApp contact list — every customer who messages you plus the numbers you add or import. There is no separate monthly limit on broadcast messages, and new customers who message you are always recorded, even above the limit.
  • Plans renew manually — nothing is charged automatically; each payment buys 30 days. See: How to renew your subscription.
